General qualification for university entrance (Abitur) or qualification through vocational education (further information). In addition to a sound command of the English language, applicants for Business Administration should be interested in mathematical methods and theoretical approaches to solving real world problems. Moreover, they should be partial to actively and passively working with written texts.

Which career fields am I qualified for?
The Bachelor of Science in Business Education primarily qualifies students for subsequent Master of Education programs in Business Education, enabling them to teach at vocational schools. Transitioning into a Master's program in Business Administration is also possible following the Bachelor's degree in Business Education.
However, the Bachelor's degree in Business Education also directly qualifies graduates for careers in the private sector. The combination of didactic-psychological, educational, and economic elements equips graduates to professionally design concepts for adult education as well as internal corporate training and development. The acquired skills in knowledge transfer and knowledge management are suitable for organizational roles within educational institutions. Depending on the chosen specializations in postgraduate studies, graduates also acquire specific methods and tools tailored to various industries and corporate functions. This allows them to pursue various managerial roles in different sectors of business.
