The department "Management and Marketing" includes the following chairs:

  1. Marketing (Prof. Jost Dr. Adler)
  2. Service Management and Retailing (Prof. Dr. Gertrud Schmitz)
  3. Human Resource Management (Prof. Dr. Margret Borchert)
  4. Organizational and Personnel Economics (N.N.)

 

 

With the help of economic and behavioral research approaches, the department of Management and Marketing analyzes trend-setting problems in the fields of service management, human resource management, organization and marketing. The results are equally based on deductive and inductive research methods. The complementary application of both proceedings depends on the department's strong commitment to both quantitative and qualitative empirical research.
